We’re signing our first group of programs as founding partners of CampPulse 360. Not accounts. Partners.

Camps and seasonal programs. Sports, dance and swim programs. After-school, tutoring and education programs. If you run structured sessions for kids or teens and you’re tired of software that feels like it was built for someone else, this is for you.

Not a ticket queue. Not a support tier that gets slower the smaller your account is. You talk to the founding team, the same people writing the code and setting the roadmap.

Founding partners tell us what’s missing, and that is what we work on. You’re not waiting for a feature that made sense for a different kind of program. You’re the reason it gets built at all.

We help you get set up

CampPulse 360 is self-serve by design. Once you’re in, you’re running on your own site, with your own URL, in minutes. No required implementation call or data-migration project. If you want your historical records brought over, we offer that as a separate service.

That doesn’t mean you’re on your own for your first season. As a founding partner, we’re there while you set up your programs, sessions and pricing, and while you take your first registrations.

Your rate is locked

If list pricing goes up later, founding partners keep the pricing they started on. Full stop.

That covers your processing fee too, not just your subscription. Founding partners get a better per-registration rate than we’ll list publicly, and it’s locked in for as long as you’re with us.

Built for camps, sports, dance, swim and after-school programs

CampPulse 360 is camp management software and camp registration software at the core, and the same system works as summer camp management software for camps and seasonal programs, sports academy management software for sports, dance and swim programs, and after-school program management software for after-school, tutoring and education programs.

One reason it can serve all of those at once: you rename the core objects to match how your program actually talks. Camp becomes program. Camper becomes player or student. Cabin becomes team. You set it once, in Settings, and the whole app follows, including the emails your families receive.
