Your Currency. Your Time Zone.
Your Words.
CampPulse 360 runs registration, billing, and payments in your own currency, on your own clock, with your country's wording and your own tax rates, wherever your programs run.
Pick Your Country. Everything Follows.
Your country sets your currency, suggests your time zone, and adjusts regional wording. Your date format and tax rates are yours to choose. Set it once, and every screen, email, invoice, and catalog page follows.
A UK staff member working for a Toronto camp sees Toronto's clock, in British date notation. The time never changes depending on who's looking; how it's written can.

No Workarounds Outside North America
One currency, never mixed
Set once at setup and used across orders, invoices, payouts, and your public catalog, in your own symbol. Nothing ever ends up mixed-currency.
VAT, GST, HST. Not an afterthought.
Define sales tax, VAT, GST, HST, PST, use, or excise rates at the federal, state, county, city, or special-district level. Editing a rate never rewrites tax already charged.
Payments from anywhere
Families in the UK, Germany, Israel, Australia, or anywhere else get the same checkout, with international cards through Stripe and payouts to you on your own schedule.
One clock for everyone
Every time, in the app, in emails, and in your catalog, runs on your camp's time zone for every viewer. An unset time zone shows as UTC and says so, never a silent guess.
“Cheque” in Toronto. “Check” in Texas.
Regional vocabulary follows your country automatically, and every confirmation renders in your currency and time zone. Small details that tell families the software was built for them.
Real family structures
Multiple guardians, extended family contacts, and blended households, without forcing every family into one template.
Running programs in more than one country?
Each country runs as its own CampPulse organization, with its own currency and time zone, set once and never mixed. Expanding means a clean new setup for that market, not stretching one currency or one clock across regions it was never meant to cover. Within one country, run as many camps, programs, and locations as you like.
